Frequent Communication
We will work to ensure that communication with the client is frequent and on a timely basis. Follow up to emails and phone calls will occur as agreed upon to make certain that the client is kept up to date regarding the progress of each transaction. We will never be too busy to engage in conversation with our clients.
Problem Solver
If issues arise during the real estate transaction, we will work to take care of each issue diligently with little or no disruption to the client. Care and consideration will be taken with each decision that is made. If an issue is outside of the scope of expertise of the agent, we will reach out to a more knowledgeable party to ensure that the client is protected at all times.
Building Trust
Building trust with the client will be a top priority. We will make every effort to be proactive rather than reactive in all our dealings with clients to help build a level of trust and confidence. We will never put our own interest before the interests of our clients. Our goal is to create a long term relationship with the client that lasts well beyond one transaction.
